Situated on the northern bank of Lake Corbara in Umbria, the Turlo vineyards of Tenuta Di Salviano thrive at elevations ranging from 150 to 380 meters. The rich soils, composed of red clay, tufa, and small pebbles, contribute to the concentrated character of this 2016 red blend. Grapes are meticulously hand-harvested at peak ripeness, with separate fermentation in small, temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a maceration period and malolactic fermentation. A touch of aging in French oak barriques enhances the wine's complexity before blending and bottling.
