Capital Spirits provides order fulfillment through in-store pickup and eligible local delivery options. Availability may vary by store location, delivery zone, inventory, and applicable law.

Age Verification Requirements

Alcohol purchases are restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for pickup and delivery where alcohol is included.

We reserve the right to refuse pickup or delivery if age verification cannot be completed.

In-Store Pickup

Most orders are prepared for pickup at the selected store during operating hours. You will receive order status notifications once your order is confirmed and when it is ready.

Local Delivery

Delivery is available from select Capital Spirits locations to qualifying addresses in our service area. Delivery fees and estimated windows are shown at checkout when available.

Processing and Availability

Order processing times depend on store workload, product availability, and verification requirements. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, our team will contact you to resolve the order.
