Wine description

Château du Mourre du Tendre Côtes du Rhône Villages Vieilles Vignes 2013 is a captivating red blend, showcasing 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvèdre sourced from 65-75 year-old vines. Nestled within the Rhône Valley, one of France's oldest wine regions, this cuvée reflects the area's character with its darker, earthier profile, enhanced by the Mourvèdre. The wine undergoes a meticulous process of hand harvesting, whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and is aged for a total of 30 months in tank followed by six months in bottle before release, resulting in a refined yet rustic expression of its terroir.
