Bernabeleva's Garnacha de Viña Bonita, a 2021 vintage red wine, hails from the esteemed Vinos de Madrid appellation in Spain. This wine is sourced from an 80-year-old vineyard perched at 700 meters, where a thin layer of compacted granite enriches the soil. Covering 2.8 hectares with a planting density of 2,200 vines per hectare, the fruit undergoes vinification in wooden tanks, benefiting from the longest maceration period of all Bernabeleva's offerings, followed by malolactic fermentation in 225-liter French oak barriques.
