The Santa Carolina Reserva Chardonnay 2023 is a pristine expression of 100% Chardonnay from the Leyda Valley in Chile. After harvesting, the grapes were gently pressed, with a portion of the wine fermented using native yeasts in used barrels, while the remainder was fermented in stainless steel tanks. This white wine was aged for six months in French oak barrels, in contact with its lees, without undergoing malolactic fermentation, ensuring the preservation of its natural acidity.
