Redemption Wheated Bourbon, hailing from Indiana and crafted by Bardstown Barrel Selections, captivates the senses with its fragrant nose of candied ginger, sage, and lavender, layered over fresh pear, vanilla, and cedar. The palate is a silky yet robust experience, featuring harmonious flavors of roasted coffee beans, smoked meats, and hazelnut, complemented by spicy notes of cardamom and black pepper, along with a refreshing hint of mint. The finish evokes the comforting essence of freshly baked bread with a toasted crust and a touch of malty sweetness.
