Old Crow Bourbon Whiskey, hailing from the heart of Kentucky—the birthplace of bourbon—pays homage to Dr. James C. Crow, the innovator behind the sour mash process. Launched in 1835, Old Crow was the first bourbon to adopt this method, establishing a standard that defines the industry today. This original sour mash bourbon continues to be a fine representation of traditional craftsmanship in American whiskey.
