The 2022 Foris Pinot Gris from Oregon's Rogue Valley showcases a straw hue and enticing aromas of pear, honeysuckle, and orange blossom honey, complemented by notes of white stone fruit. This white wine offers a rich mouthfeel balanced by bright acidity, leading to a lingering finish of pear and lemon zest. The unique vintage presented challenges with a cold frost in April, but the warm conditions in fall allowed for optimal ripening, resulting in concentrated flavors from small clusters.
