Barbicaia Rosso di Montepulciano is a distinguished red wine crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes, hailing from the renowned Tuscan region of Italy. In the 2020 vintage, the quality-selected clusters undergo a meticulous vinification process, where they are de-stemmed and pressed, followed by fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled truncated-cone stainless steel vats for 10-15 days. This wine is then aged for 8 months in second-use tonneaux, allowing it to develop its character in the esteemed appellation of Rosso di Montepulciano.
