Returns & Refunds
We want every bottle to arrive in perfect condition. When something is not right, here is how we help.
  • Unopened bottles in saleable condition may be returned within 30 days with the original receipt at the location of purchase.
  • Allocated, private barrel, and special release items are reviewed by a manager within seven days to preserve provenance and safety.
  • For delivery or shipment returns, contact concierge@capitalspirits.com before the driver arrives so we can schedule a pickup window.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three to five business days once bottles are inspected.
